Shipping Policy
Overview
At Some Grub, we strive to deliver our dog treats to you as quickly and safely as possible. This policy outlines our shipping process, costs, and estimated delivery times.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: £3.99 for orders under £25.
- Free Shipping: On orders over £25.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Carriers
We use Royal Mail, depending on your location and order size. The carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure reliable delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at team@somegrub.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Return and Refund Policy
Overview
We want you and your furry friends to love Some Grub dog treats. If you’re not satisfied, this policy explains how returns and refunds work. Please note that this policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Defective or Damaged Products: Treats arrived broken, spoiled, or otherwise defective.
- Incorrect Item: You received the wrong product.
- Unsatisfied with Purchase: You or your dog didn’t enjoy the treats (must be unopened or minimally used).
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original packaging, with at least 80% of the product remaining for non-defective returns.
Additionally, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of purchase if they are not as described, of satisfactory quality, or fit for purpose. After 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement, or a partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened and significantly used (less than 80% remaining).
- Items purchased more than 14 days ago (except for faulty goods as per statutory rights).
- Gift cards or promotional items.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at team@somegrub.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the return authorization.
Refunds
- Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: Full refund or replacement, including shipping costs, at your choice.
- Unsatisfied with Purchase: Full refund for the product price (original shipping costs not included).
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return. Funds will be credited to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will reimburse your return shipping costs.
- For other returns, you’re responsible for return shipping costs.
Money-Back Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee. Simply return the unused portion of the product within 14 days, and we’ll refund the full purchase price.
Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the right to return faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund, repair, or replacement.
